The January membership meeting will present Tom Sutton. Tom will be speaking on "Design of Experiments".
In this presentation Tom will develop the idea of sequential design of experiments starting with the initial fractional factorial experiment where the vital factors are chosen. Using these few factors a full factorial design is completed. Since we wish to achieve an optimum, the idea of response surface designs will be introduced. These topics will be accompanied with examples using the appropriate statistical software.
